A group of 110 Indian students stranded in Iran has safely returned to India. They landed yesterday at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport. Out of these students, 90 are from Jammu and Kashmir.
The students were evacuated amid challenging circumstances in Iran. Authorities arranged special flights to bring them back home safely. Families of the students gathered at the airport to welcome their loved ones.
The Indian government coordinated the evacuation effort with the cooperation of Iranian officials. The students expressed relief and gratitude upon their return.
