Initially, 23 students were admitted to the hospital around 3.30 am after they reported symptoms of mild abdominal pain and vomiting. They were given intravenous (IV) fluids and antibiotics before being discharged without any complications. A Superintendent of Karimnagar District Hospital, Dr. Veera Reddy addressed the situation, telling the public that there was no cause for panic or worry. Dr. Reddy stated in a statement the patients do not have symptoms of food poisoning and that they show mild symptoms of vomiting and abdomen pain. He added that all of them were treated in the hospital and were out of danger.
Dr. Reddy had anticipated that students might have experienced a mild strain, food allergy, or other causes but the exact reason for these symptoms has not been yet identified. Earlier this month, at least four schools were admitted to hospital after they fell ill. Telangana’s Tandur police suggest they fell ill after consuming breakfast. Students from the school were served breakfast and later around 1.00 pm, four of them experienced nausea and vomiting sensations. Keep Reading Questiqa India and Questiqa World for more updates.
