January 14, New Delhi: Arvind Kejriwal, from the Aam Aadmi Party, on Tuesday accused the Bhartiya Janata Party and Congress of forming a backstage partnership. The former Chief Minister criticized Rahul Gandhi for staying tongue-tied when crucial issues were brought up and received a reaction from the BJP.
Kejriwal stated, “the behind-the-stage chulgalbandi,” when the BJP IT cell chief Amit Malviya reacted to the remarks. He said that the Congress leader was just thinking about protecting his party, the country, and its administration.
“Today Rahul Gandhi came to Delhi and he abused me a lot, although I will not comment on his statements, his fight to save Congress, my fight is to save the country” Kejriwal posted on X.
Earlier, Rahul had said, “Arvind Kejriwal had talked of removing corruption out of the system and also reducing the pollution of the city?”. Rahul Gandhi also drew comparisons between Sheila Dikshit and Arvind Kejriwal.
Both the Aam Aadmi Party and Congress will be taking part in the Delhi elections against the anti-BJP bloc separately which will be held on February 5 and votes will be counted on February 8.
