Islamabad – In a recent development, Pakistani Defence Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif announced that Pakistani forces have successfully downed five Indian aircraft during a retaliatory attack. The incident occurred after India conducted airstrikes in Operation Sindoor.
According to Asif, the Pakistani military shot down:
- Three advanced Indian Rafale jets
- Two other aircraft
Moreover, the Defence Minister claimed that Pakistani troops captured several Indian soldiers during this skirmish.
