India on the other hand, has done incentive preparations through other hardline measures such as the purchasing of liquefied natural gas, battle tanks, and jet engines. Rumors suggest these efforts are described as a “gift” to obtain favor from the US. Trump has previously commented on India’s trade relations, but during his first term, Trump maintained positive relations with India.

Moreover, PM Modi is meeting the entrepreneurial icon Elon Musk, so that they can have a full-fledged conversation regarding the entry of Starlink into India’s satellite broadband market. Another factor that draws attention is the expansion of Starlink to Bhutan before India, as it signals India’s hesitation due to security and pricing issues. However, the Indian government does support Musk’s suggestion regarding spectrum auctions instead of auctions.

Prakash Reddy, a BJP leader, remained pleased after the Modi-Trump meeting and said that the meeting can provide solutions to focus on Ukraine-Russia and Gaza-Israel conflicts. “These meetings will help resolve issues that afflict people around the world,” he stated.
