Former UK Prime Minister visits Taj Mahal alongside SudhaMurthy

February 15, Agra: Former UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and his family paid a visit to the iconic Taj Mahal in Agra on Saturday. Amidst heightened security, his visit was a memorable family outing, with Sunak joined by his wife, Akshata Murty, mother-in-law Sudha Murty, and their two daughters, Krishna and Anoushka. The family took a tour of the monument, marveling at its majestic beauty. Sunak and his wife also took the opportunity to sign the visitor book, marking their visit to this world-renowned historical site.

Expressing his awe, Sunak described the visit as “a truly breathtaking experience” and reflected on the powerful connection the Taj Mahal creates, saying, “Few places in the world can unite like the Taj Mahal.” He added that the experience would be one his children would never forget, highlighting the lasting impression the monument had on their family. He also conveyed his gratitude for the warm hospitality they received during their time in India, calling it “an unforgettable experience for our whole family.”
