Feb 20, Thursday, 2025: Shah Rukh Khan has leased two luxury apartments in Mumbai’s Pali Hills from producer Vash Bhagnani and family. The superstar’s rental home is for—an annual rent of Rs 2.9 crore.
The actor and star have signed the lease for an annual rent of Rs.2.9 crore, amounting to a total of Rs 8.67 crore over the lease term. The combined monthly rent for both apartments is Rs 24.15 lakh. The lease agreements were registered on 24.15 lakh. The security deposit for the first apartment is Rs 32.97 lakh, and for the second apartment, it is Rs 36 lakh.
The reason for renting these apartments, despite owning his famous sea-facing mansion Mannat is not known as of now.
The apartment is located in the Puja Casa building in Khar Mumbai, spanning the first, second, seventh, and eighth floors. The apartment leased by Shah Rukh Khan is owned by the Bhagnani family. One of the units is owned by actor-producer Jackky Bhagnani and his sister Deepshikha Deshmukh which Shah Rukh Khan has leased for Rs. 11.54 lakh per month, with a security deposit of Rs.32.97 lakh for 36 months. The other unit, owned by Vashu Bhagnani, has been rented for Rs 12.61 lakh per month, with a deposit of Rs 36 lakh, for the same three-year term.
Shah Rukh Khan’s real estate portfolio includes several high-value properties, such as his bungalow Mannat in Bandra, a villa in Dubai named Jannat, and a luxury residence in London.
